Lunch at Reader Rock Cafe, Tuesday, July 14, 11:30am

What: 3-course lunch at Reader Rock Cafe, come early and tour the historical Reader Rock Garden.
When: Tuesday, July 14, 11:30am

Cost: Members: $60; Non-members: $100
Price includes includes GST and gratuity.

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
1. READ the poster for the lunch menu
2. CHOOSE one (1) entree; one (1) dessert and include in your registration
3. ADVISE if any dietary restrictions

Other:
1. Late registration will not be entertained.
2. If a member registers for an event and fails to notify the organizer of their non-attendance before the deadline date or simply fails to show up after the deadline date, the member will have to reimburse the Club for the full amount of the event (the non-member fee), with the exception of extenuating circumstances beyond one’s control and at the discretion of the Board.
3. Each person must make their own personal choice about whether this event is something that is safe for them to attend.

SunLife provided this information about coverage for the COVID shot:

COVID-19 SHOTS AND SUNLIFE:

We can confirm that the COVID 19 vaccination is covered for retiree classes R1, R2, R5, and R6, the Legacy Cenovus and Husky Retiree plans, as all have vaccine coverage in place at 80% coinsurance. It would also be an eligible Healthcare Spending Account (HSA) expense for those retiree plans which have HSA.  The COVID-19 vaccines in Alberta would be covered at 80%, regardless of whether they are prescribed by a physician or not. However, if there is an administration cost for providing the vaccine, that would not be covered.
